Rob Carty has been litigating cases for more than 30 years. And over those three decades, he’s seen it all. He began his career in the United States Air Force, where he served four years as a judge advocate. As a civilian attorney, he spent years as a corporate insider, learning how big business and insurance companies work to defeat claims brought against them. He knows the tricks—he sees them coming, and he knows how to deal with them.
Now he wants to use his inside knowledge to help you and your family.
Rob has litigated all over the country. He’s admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, all other state and federal courts in Texas, nine of the 13 U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and even a couple military courts (see below for a complete list).
He’s also nationally recognized for his legal prowess. He’s served on the Board of Advisers for the Academy of American Legal Writers and the critical-reading panels for Black’s Law Dictionary and Garner’s Modern American Usage. He co-chaired a major law firm’s national appellate practice.
